1형식 [주어S + 자동사V]	go 가다 went 갔다 / come 오다 came 왔다 ariive 도착하다 arrived 도착했다 work 일하다 worked 일했다. rise 오르다 rose 올랐다. expire 만료되다 expired 만료되다 last 지속하다 lasted 지속됐다. travel 여행가다  travelled 여행했다.
2형식 [주어S + 자동사V + 주격보어 S.C]	be동사: am, are, is / was, were  ~이다 become ~가 되다 /  became ~가 됐다 seem ~것처럼 보이다 / seemed ~것처럼 보였다. remain ~채로 남다 / remained ~채로 남았다.
3형식 [주어S + 타동사V + 목적어 O]	raise ~을 오르다 raised ~을 올랐다.
4형식 [주어S + 4형식V + 간접목적어 I.O(~에게) + 직접목적어 D.O(~을)]	주다: give, offer, grant, award 줬다: gave, offered, granted, awarded 보내(주)다: send, sent(과), forward, forwarded(과) 보여주다: show, show(과)
5형식 [주어S + 5형식V + 목적어 O(~을) + 목적격보어 O.C(~어떻게)]	find, found(과) ~라는것을 알다 consider, considered(과) ~라고 생각하다, 여기다 make,  made(과) ~로 만들다 keep, kept(과) ~한 상태로 유지하다 name, named(과) ~로 임명하다 appoint, appointed(과) ~로 임명하다.

※ 모든 4,5형식 타동사는 3형식도 가능하다.

    She gave Mr. Jones money => She gave money to Mr. Jones

 

 

1. 주어와 동사  1) 문장에는 반드시 S와 V가 필요   Prices of computers rose steadil  2) 주어 자리는 명사 (~은,는,이,가) Cooperation is important.  Attendance is mandatory for all employees.  3) 명령문에는 주어 없이 동사(원형)으로 시작 Please submit the report

2. 동사 자리   조동사 + 동사원형 Revenues from the ticket sales can double soon.

3. 주격 보어 – 형용사 or 명사   The product seemed defective.

4. 목적어 자리 – 명사   Ms. Rachel will accept assistance from the company.

5. 목적격 보어 – 형용사 or 명사   The system made all workers productive.   Ms. Rachel found the painting attractive.

6. 수식어   1) 명사를 앞에서 수식 – 관사/소유격/형용사         a person / the book / your job / the company’s location / important task   2) 명사를 뒤에서 수식 – [전치사+명사] 덩어리       the trees [in the park] / compensation [for damage]   3) 동사 수식 – 부사 / [전치사+명사]       regularly check / frequently meet       I work [in the office].   4) 형용사 수식 – 부사 (형+ly)       very important / completely satisfied   5) 관계대명사절       who, which (~하는 누구, 것)   6) 부사절       before, after, because, when(~할때), while(~동안), if
